My Question is: How do you tell if your TPM module is working, and Can a hacker render it inoperable?
I got hacked and like a newb, I called a phone number thinking it was to Microsoft. This guy told me that my pc had no encryption going on.
I know very little about how TPM's work and don't know how to verify if mine is working or not. Also can it be "turned on"? Or does it just work when it's installed? Windows 11 works like it should.
I appreciate your time and assistance.
Thanks,
