How do you know that the motherboard is burnt

Hello, how to diffrentiate between the a burnt motherboard and a burnt graphic card?

Check for noises coming from the onboard motherboard speaker. If the speaker is attached, and no noise is made than it's likely the motherboard

Try another graphics card, if it works, then you know it's the motherboard.

Why don't you tell us what issue is, likely there is nothing wrong with either.
