someguynamedmatt Distinguished Feb 7, 2010 1,551 0 20,160 Apr 24, 2014 #3 I wrote a short article a while ago outlining four of the mods I consider essential to Skyrim: http://captainsposttech.blogspot.com/2014/03/gaming-commentary-improving-your-skyrim.html Combine those with a modified .ini to increase LOD and render distances, and you'll be good to go!
