How do you overclock a intel stock cooler

I have i intel quad core Q8200 running at 2.33GHz with temps at idle(wih stock cooler)on about 60°C to 54°C and i want to overclock the cpu and stock cooler. I want to overclock the cpu to 3.30GHz but im scared thad the temps will get to high so i also want to overclock my stock intel cooler but i do not know how to do it

You don't overclock a cooler, you buy and fit a better cooler.

Before overclocking get that first than move forward.
