What type of motherboard are you using? To overclock your CPU, you must access the BIOS. You have to restart your PC, and repeatedly press the BIOS key for your system. It will probably be F11/F12, or Delete. Once in BIOS, you'll be presented with a set of options. You'll want to find your CPU voltage options. Once there, you'll need to know the clock you want to increase and what voltage that equals. From there, increase the voltage and save the changes. Make sure your cooler is sufficient and your motherboard has the ability to OC.

Your CPU cooler is exemplary for modest overclocking, and your motherboard uses a program called OC Genie that makes overclocking without BIOS doable.

Eh, I'm not sure if it's a great idea to overclock on that mobo. Looks like it has a low number of VRM phases, and no VRM heatsinks. Basically, the power delivery isn't particularly great. I have no personal experience, but I've heard plenty of people mention running issues trying to overclock a 125 W CPU like the 8350 with a mobo like that.
