How do you post a screenshot in forum?

I want to post stress test in the forums. I've done the print screen and saved in paint. What do I need to do now?

Firstly, upload the screenshot to an image hosting site (imgur, photobucket, flickr, etc) and copy the link to the image. Then, back to the forum, click the image icon, paste the link to the URL bar in the pop-up window, click "OK". That's it.
