Question How do you pull out a USB cable on a desktop with all rear USB slots being used and you can't get enough leverage to remove it?

Do you pull the USB cable out, pulling on the cable itself, damaging it every time, or remove nearly all the neighbouring USBs just to get access to that specific USB? What if it's a USB hard drive, and pulling on the cable damages the cable and causes data corruption due to a bad connnection eventually?

Never pull the cable. Grab the connector or find a new way, like you use a switch. Or a hub.
