I ordered a working chip from eBay few days ago. In Particular I ordered an Athlon QL-62 for a DV5-1105ev motherboard. I checked out their price tags and they actually are not worth to buy them.

I get that Capslock/Numlock blinking Issue, based on a search it Indicates a CPU-Related Issue.
I replaced the CPU, same problem. Then I though maybe its CPU fan Related Issue, I used a fan in a good condition for a laptop motherboard still the same Issue.

this is my last solution, and of course a bit risky. but I don't know how to perform it either so I need your help.

Basically some people foil the motherboard and place it in the oven for a short time then run the test again. I'm not taking the risk if I don't get some advices first.

Please tell me what to do.

To do this properly you would need a heating plate. What you need to do is heat your board to a temperature that the solder softens and can resettle. I really wouldn't suggest doing this unless you can afford to smoke the board and you're doing is an experiment.
