How do you remove the other side to remove cd player

I need to get the CD player which would involve removing the other side of the case. It doesn't seem to come back as nice and easy as the side with the thumbscrews. Yeah, I took out all the necessary screws. It moves backward about 1/2 to 3/4 inch and then gets stuck?

Try lifting the side panel up a little bit. That should allow the prongs on the side panel to come out of the slots in the case frame.

You could provide us with you case model or computer model (if OEM) as there are many different cases.
You could also look up a manual for your case model online.
