how do you reset gpu clocks?

i overclock gpu cant handle it i uninstalled the program and i want to make sure my gpu clocks are default

you reset it with the program you used to overclock it with. there should have been a reset to default or something like that

Well reset isn't really the proper term its more like put it back to stock/reference clocks. Now if you use a program to overclock usually it comes with a 'default clocks' option however if that isn't the case you could always go look up the reference clocks of your GPU and change the values corresponding to what you find.

if i reset my cmos will that reset my settings too? i just want to make sure because 3d mark 11 and gpu-z say my Memory bus clock is at 1,026 MHz

but speccy says my Memory Clock is at 2052 MHz

Well Your Core Clock is at 1,026Mhz not 2052Mhz that's just an insane overclock which I very much doubt you would have acquired.

I trust GPU-Z more than anything idk what 'speccy' is. I'm not sure why'd you want to reset the cmos. Could you tell me what GPU you have? and then maybe I can give you the reference clocks so you can downclock your GPU back to normal.
