how do you reset your keyboard to factory settings?

somehow my ctrl key has become my caps lock key and my caps lock key has become my ctrl key, i dont know how to fix it, is there a way to reset my keyboard to factory settings?

Most keyboards (except maybe those high-end gaming keyboards) don't have a factory reset since they don't have much in the way of custom configurations like, for example, Windows does. Try another keyboard to establish whether or not your existing one is faulty.
