Question how do you revert a permanent spoof?

so i used a spoofer a while ago and apparently it's a permanent one,
i tried flashing my bios,downgrading bios, full clean instal,reset cmos
with no luck does anyone know how to revert this?
this is how it looks right now.

it was for a script in a videogame to prevent me from getting my real hwid banned
the guy who made it is just telling me it's not his..
