So you might shake your head and laugh, but I have absolutely no idea where exactly I'm supposed to plug each chord into on my pc. The only instructions are of a picture on the box, and the picture is not at all helpful.

There's a cord that has 2 green ends labeled "A", and a cord that has four ends, a black, and yellow for each side, all labeled "B" (I'll include a picture)
http://

On the back of my PC, I have blue jack labeled "Line In". A green one labeled "Line Out" And finally, a pink one labeled MIC. There's also a green and pink one on the front of my PC, but they are not labeled. (I'll include a picture for this as well)
http://

I don't have anywhere that's black or yellow to plug that cord in, (Unless I'm blind) and I don't see how plugging anything into a jack for a microphone would work. Am I missing something necessary to use this speaker system on my pc and or pc case?
I'm pretty sure I have a sound card. (Check this pic, to make sure)

Here's the pdf to some instructions I found online. They didn't help me, but maybe they'll help you help me.

Sorry for this probably stupid question. I'm not all that great with computers lmao.

Thanks in advance!

The issue is that your on-board audio adapter doesn't support 5.1 sound (or you would have more output ports). To fully use all of the Logitech's channels, you'll need to install a stand-alone sound card (or get a different motherboard). You can connect some of the speakers. The green cable goes into the green port on the speakers, to the green port on your motherboard connector. This should drive both your front L/R channels and the subwoofer.

Just to sure, what is the make/model of your motherboard?

Also while we're on the subject, in the likely chance that I can't use 5.1 in my current situation, what exactly would need to happen? Could I easily replace, or add another sound card to my pc that supports the speakers? If so do you know of any for a relatively cheap price that will work with my pc? I can provide you with more information if necessary. Just lemme know what info I need to get you. Also I'm not very good with computers, but my father is an IT Director/computer technician. Would he easily be able to add the card? I believe I have an X Sniper 2 case.

The green just allows you to hear sound on the 2 front speakers. Not the subwoofer. The black one is for the center and sub speakers. And the yellow for the back speakers. You can buy a cheap creative 5.1 pci soundcard.
Just install ut on your mb, install the drivers and you're good to go.

MM30 is correct. The Realtek audio utility can be used to configure the front panel and rear panel ports to provide enough connections for the 5.1 speakers. The OP should be able to work through this easily.

When Colgeek pointed me towards my motherboard's manual, it allowed me to find that post that one dead headphone made. The problem I ran into, is that when I download the Realtek software, absolutely nothing happens, and there's no trace of it on my pc. I tried looking up why it wasn't working and it seemed liked it was because I have a VIA sound card or something like that.

So I tried downloading VIA's HD audio drivers, and it downloaded and seemed to install, but then I went into the folder that I downloaded form them, and there was like a million different things. Every time I tried to run one of the applications in the folder, it would just extract it over and over, rather than opening. I'm positive the VIA software did something, as I now have
more speaker options, than just my Astros.

The Green cable is FL/FR
The Black cable is SL/SR
The Yellow cable is CEN/SW

You can connect the green cable and get use out of the front speakers, but you will need a sound card to use the rest of the speakers and subwoofer.
