How do you stop blinkx when you have uninstalled and deleted from recycle bin

Hello, I have unstalled blinkx, sent it to recyle bin, deleted the garbage in my recycle bin and still get the blinkx video, I want to get rid of this stuff, I did not install on my computer

To uninstall a program, you have to go to Control Panel > Program & Features. From there, select the program you want to remove and hit uninstall. You can't send the files to the Recyle Bin.
