how do you stream with 2 pc's?

i heard its best to stream with 2 pcs for the best experience but how does it work?. do you add it to the pc your gaming with? is there like a special way you can do it? can someone explain in detail how it works.

If I recall correctly, you game on one system and the game screen gets captured on another PC which is connected to yours, after which the second PC then live streams this.
