Right, so recently I discovered that you can change the lighting effects of the SupremeFX lighting on the 970 Pro Gaming/Aura. On the Asus website, it gives you an interactive function to choose which effect you want - either wave, breathing or static.

However, after looking at the motherboard description page and having a thorough glance through the manual for the motherboard numerous times, I didn't find any description on how to change the lighting. Just a basic setting in the bios to toggle it on or off.

The next issue I faced was trying to find somewhere online that had some information on how to do it; I couldn't find one website that gave me useful instructions, at least for this specific motherboard.

I'm at a loss right now. I have updated the bios and then tried. I have tried to find the option in AI Suite, looked through the Realtek audio drivers and still, have had no luck.

Is there anyone that knows anything about toggling the effects for the SupremeFX lighting channel on the 970 Pro Gaming/Aura?

Help appreciated... 😀

Kind regards

I have already downloaded the latest version of Aura as it is necessary to control the RGB lights located underneath the southbridge heatsink. I just can't find the control for the SupremeFX lighting strip... :??:

And just for clarification... there is no control for the SupremeFX lights in the Aura menu.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

That's a bit weird. Because on the Asus website it advertises that the effects are controllable whereas in the bios, there is only a simple setting to turn it on or off.
