Short version.

I need to keep my Surface Pro touch screen disabled.
Ive disabled and uninstalled the driver, but it keeps on reinstalling and turning on.

How can I stop this.

I DONT want the touchscreen to be on EVER.

Reason.

It is stalling the boot on the surface logo. - It fixed it after i left it alone for like 8 - 10 hours.
BUT the touchscreen turned back on/reinstalled.

Is the firmware fully up to date for this device?

I see no way to disable in the BIOS/UEFI. What version of Windows do you have installed on this system? Is Windows fully up to date?

Win 10 is up to date.

As I said before, the touch screen will keep on turning it self on after I disable/uninstall then drivers.

I also (in like 99% sure of this) that the touch screen is the reason why it's getting stuck on the surface logo.
When it eventually booted into windows the screen was active like 5 fingers were touching it.
When touch screen is off - suddenly works flawlessly.
Why? I don't know - but have read about people who damaged thier screen getting the same issue.

I believe you regarding the touch screen and I understand your frustration. You didn't answer about the firmware of the Surface itself, is it up to date?

It really sounds like a defective device, from the quick search results I looked at regarding your question. Aside from disabling from time to time, I don't see another solution other than repair/replacement. What specific model device are you using?
