Question How do you turn on the LED on ARGB fans? Confusion between RGB and ARGB...

Hi there,

I'm new with ARGB fans and I don't know how to turn them on properly.
I have a Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro motherboard. I checked the manual and it has 2x 12V VDG headers and 2x 5V VDG headers.
I connected the ARGB fan into the 5V VDG header and the 4-pin into the power header.
The fan spins and I tried using Gigabyte Fusion to change the fan colours, but the LED doesn't turn on.
I didn't connect them to anything else.
What am I doing wrong?

Wihch ARGB fan? Does it have a 3-pin RGB connector or 2-pin?
