How do you unlock your keyboard if you cant even log into your computer

It's not a laptop. It's an Acer computer and it won't even let me log in. It has ease of access but will not let me use it either.

tried a new keyboard to see if the old one died???

One user reported only one of the two monitor connections (HDMI and DVI) could be used or their keyboard also locked up.

Try connecting an external keyboard and see if that will work. If it works, I would suggest having the attached one replaced.
