I have had weird crashes with my somes of my games since about a year (the crashes goes with a white, pink or black screen with looping sound and i have to manually turn off the computer to do anything again). So i have searched a lot for the source of the problem, but nothing worked yet. Now i'm trying to update my BIOS, because i saw it could be a source for the problem. So i have searched a little to update it and as i figured out, it's almost better not to update, because of what you can encounter. Like a bricked PC as i saw and i really don't want to break my PC. So has i don't know much about motherboard and BIOS I preferred to ask someone who knows what he is doing.

I saw that when you search for a BIOS update you need these information from msinfo32 :
-BIOS Version/Date : American Megatrends Inc. 0601, 2014-06-09
-SMBIOS Version : 2.7
-Embedded Controller Version : 255.255
-BIOS Mode : UEFI

Mayby they are not all usefull, but i hope it can help !
Thanks !

P.S. : Sorry if my english is bad...

Solution
There is a newer BIOS version available, at https://www.asus.com/uk/support/Download/14/11/11/9/SDaiI9rkgFhO4WMW/30/, but I doubt that it would solve the issue.
I would firstly try reinstalling Windows, if possible.
To answer your question, with prebuilt PCs, the BIOS is a bit different. Is EZ Flash available in BIOS?

Thanks for the link !
If by reinstalling windows you mean formatting, then yes I already tried a couple months ago, but in between a upgraded to windows 10 (from a windows 8.1). So should I do it again ?
I went to the BIOS and yes my product had EZ Flash 2 so i figured out I could update the BIOS. And so with the link you sent me i downloaded the most recent version, transferred to a flash drive and I did the updated, but like you said it changed nothing unfortunately...
