How do you video-call with Facebook messenger for Android?

I've installed the Facebook messenger app in my Asus Zenfone 2 but I don't see any video icon when I start a chat. Shouldn't there be a camera icon to start the video call?

There is an icon on top of the screen for video, but it's not available in all countries. If you are not in the US, check with their support and see if it is available where you are.

I don't see them not including the UK in the country list they support, did you check?

Oh, sorry I didn't express myself clearly. I didn't check if London is included, I guess it is, this is not some lost island. Thanks anyway.
