how do you wipe a usb devise so there is nothing on it

I tried to remove all information from a usb device and I don't know if i erased everything si I can use the usb devise again.

Try formatting it:

Right-click the USB device in Windows Explorer, choose "Format" from the context-menu.

If it won't format it probably means it's faulty so bin it and buy a new one.
