Question How do?

Current setup:
Rosewill Cullinan Mx case
Asus ROG Crosshair VI extreme motherboard
RYZEN 7 cpu, with stock heat sink
Corsair Vengeance 16gb RAM
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070XC graphics card
EVGA 650G+ PSU
WD Black 4tb 7200rpm HDD
My issue:
I have everything hooked up and put together, however none of the fans seem to spin, the ones on the case or the cpu fan, and the front panel doesn't seem to do anything. I've supplied power, I hooked up things that didn't get hooked up before. I'm a little confused as to where to go from here. The motherboard does turn on and light up when given power, but that seems to be the only thing.
This is also my first build, I know cars inside and out for the most part, but computers not as much.

The motherboard probably doesn't have the BIOS update needed to run 2nd Gen Ryzen.

So I need to install the bios now? But none of the fans seem to come on, and the front panel doesn't work I don't think. The front panel doesn't light up.

Not definite on it , is a possibility if you get power and doesn't post. I would double check all the conections including the front panel on the board.

Yea I'm not at the point of installing BIOS yet. The light goes solid telling me that something isn't done right. And I honestly don't know what. I double checked all connections, they're all in properly and connected to what I understand is the correct ports with vague instructions from some of the manuals and general knowledge.

Managed to figure it out. For one my Ram wasn't plugged in ALL the way, it made a click when I put it in and was a millimeter away from being in all the way. As well as my chassis comes with a fan control system installed and a molex as well as the fan connectors and my MB wasn't happy with having both of those connected at the same time.
