Question How does a RTX 2070 preform in 1440p 144hz?

I'm planning to buy a 1440p 144hz monitor and I have another option for the alienware aw2518hf which one should I go with?

In most games it doesn't look like you will get 144 Hz.

I run a RTX 2070 at 1440p
-Battlefield V runs at about 60FPS on very high settings with RTX on.
-Fortnite runs at about 110FPS on max settings
-Far Cry Zero Dawn 87 FPS on very high
-GTA V 110 FPS on very high
-Gears of War 4 110 FPS on Very high
-Forza Horizon 4 about 90 FPS on very high
-Assassin's Creed Odyssey 67 FPS on very high
-Rocket League 144 FPS on Max settings.

(I personally always turn Motion Blur off since I don't like it)
I also don't use V-Sync Since I have a GSync Monitor.

So most games will run atleast on 60 FPS+ untill you start to cranck settings up like Ultra shadows/Ambient ++/AA X16 etc I get AC Unity on 40FPS at max.
And the most common games will reach about 100 ± FPS
Its not bad, Its almost the double of 60, but its not 144, You'l need a 2080ti for that.
