How does one disable the IGPU in the R5 2400g?

I bought and possess the 2400g and an old RX 480 from a previous build (still waiting for the motherboard). I am wondering how I disable the IGPU so I can just use the 480.

You don't need to disable anything. Connect your display to the graphics card output and not the motherboard output. If it's not connected, it's not being used.
