CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
CPU cooler: Thermalrite Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Motherboard: MSI B650M-A Wifi
Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM 32 GB
SSD: SAMSUNG 980 PRO and Team Group T-Force Vulcan 500 GB
GPU: SAPPHIRE PULSE 6700 XT
PSU: CORSAIR RM750x
Chassis: Corsair 4000D air flow
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Dell 144 Hz gaming monitor FHD 24-in monitor

I'm trying to get the best optimization for my cooling as possible. I'm using just the default fans that came with the Corsair 4000D air flow which is one fan in the front and one in the back. Along with that I am using a thermal right Peerless assassin 120 SE. I don't know if the peerless assassin counts as helping to get better airflow in the case. I frequently see people putting some fans on the top of the case but I don't think there's any room with the Peerless assassin already there. Would adding one or two more fans to the front be sufficient enough for air flow or do I still have to put one on top for an exhaust fan? With the two fans that come with the Pearl's assassin account as intake, exhaust fans, or neither?

The setup is quite similar to what I'm currently using and is IMHO more than adequate. The only recommendation I have is to add a secondary intake fan to the front and some better cable management with those cables at the bottom.

With just the stock fans you're likely looking at the best configuration. At least one more fan in the front would be a good idea, but if you're getting inexpensive ones 2 would be a great idea (I bought Arctic P12 MAX fans for the front of my 5000D). With an air cooler I don't think adding anything on the top would be beneficial for this case.
