And yes i do need all the parts i have included, because i am in a tight budget. So if you suggest a build make sure it has all those included please. What i want to know is will this be a suitable gaming pc for a couple years, and will it run current high end games on higher settings. Any help /suggestions would be awesome!!

Are you looking to overclock or run 2 GPUs in the future? Then you are gonna have to spend more on a motherboard, 990FX chipset instead of 970.

Anyway, that Apevia PSU is junk! Get a better unit, 550w is more than enough if its a reliable unit.
