Just need some critism on this build I'm going to be putting together in a week or so, please don't suggest a new GFX card because it has already been purchased!

CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 Tri Core 720 Black Edition 2.8GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail
GFX: XFX Radeon HD 4850 1GB
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P Socket AM3 Motherboard
PSU: 550W OCZ Fatal1ty Modular Power Supply
RAM: 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS3, DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333) 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24
HDD: Western Digital 640GB Hard Drive SATA300 7200rpm 32MB Cache Caviar Black - OEM
Case: Antec 300 Three Hundred Black Case - No PSU

nice build

suggestions
: look for RAM with lower 7-7-7-20 timings . Faster
and some kits were only about $65 for 2 x 2 gig

the price of some 4850 1 gig is very close to a 4870 . The 4870 might only have 512 mb of ram but the performance is higher

I haven't built an AMD machine in a long time so I can't comment on that. But I did order the same WDC Black 640GB and Antec 300 earlier this morning. <- Seems like good stuff.

Oh yeah are you going to add a dvd burner or an aftermarket cooler on that build?

As said I have already purchased the 4850 so I won't be upgrading yet. Thanks for your suggestions though.

I will after I am familiar with the new system, and also once I have researched overclocking and what the best cooler is for the Phenom II series.
