How does this build look?

Solution
If you plan to overclock, the "k" variant is mandatory.

If not, the regular 4570 would be more appropriate, with a H87 chipset motherboard - this would be the cheaper option.

As for slimming the price, you don't need 16gb of RAM - 8gb would be fine, and a lot cheaper.

A cheaper case is an option as well.

Other than that, there isn't much.
Since you're not getting the k variant of the 4570, you don't need a Z87 motherboard - a H87 motherboard would be more appropriate.

I'd change the HDD to a WD Caviar Black too.

Everything else looks good to me :)

Would you recommend going with the K variant? also do you have any ideas to slim the price down at all?

From what I know about overclocking, I'm not all that interested right now, maybe in a few years I'll switch everything over.

Will this build be able to run upcoming games liek Battlefield 4 and arma II? Those are some of the main ones I will be playing, along with Skyrim and future elder scrolls games.
