Since you are getting a Z87 board, I would go with a i5-4670k so that you have the ability to overclock in the future. the 280x is a rather strong card right now. Everything looks fine.

I agree, if you're overclocking go with Z87 and i5-4670K, if not, go with i5-4440 and H87. Put the difference into a better GPU. And don't get the Corsair CX series - there's far better PSUs you can get for the price.

Just realised that the RAM I'm planning to buy is for Sandy Bridge does that mean it won't work for Haswell?
