Looks good long as you already have a case and cpu cooler, personally i would prefer a GTX 960 over the 380.

Build looks good, tho like previous poster mentioned you don't list a case so I'm assuming you have one?

One concern I would have is kinguin.net. There have been reports of them selling game codes that get banned by Steam, so for a Windows key this place seems shady as all hell and I'd be surprised if you didn't run in to activation issues.
