You can't use that cpu with the motherboard that you selected , you have to cahnge the motherboard to a Z-77 with a 1155 socket or change the cpu to a socket 2011 and an i7- 3820 , i7 3930k or i7-3960x cpu.
The i5-3570 cpu is a 1155 socket cpu and will only work on a 1155 socket motherboard. All you have to do is look at the cpu and motherboard that you selected and you can see for yourself , one is LGA 1155 and the other is LGA 2011.
Everything else is fine and when you straighten out the cpu/motherboard you want to make sure that the cpu cooler matches the cpu that you end up with.
