How does this gaming PC look?

Hello this is my first build and I would like you to look over. I wont be doing 1440p or 4k gaming. I mostly play gta v csgo and other games. I already have a brand new hard drive so I dont need one. I like amd by the way.

My current PC Specs
OS: Windows 10
Hard Drive 3 TB seagate
Processor intel core i5 3330 3.0 Ghz
Ram 8 GB 1333 Mhz
Graphics Card GTX 650
Power supply 450 kentec

Should I keep this PC and upgrade the graphics card and power supply? Or get a brand new one?

Well, since you won't be doing higher res gaming, you won't need the 8GB version of RX 480 as well. Buy the 4GB version and save some money. Other than that, it's good.

Keep that PC, upgrade the PSU (I haven't even HEARD of Kentec, not a good sign) and the GPU. With that i5, you can still buy an RX 480, provided it fits in your case.

Go for a XFX, Corsair (other then the builder series,) SeaSonic, or a Antec PSU they are great quality. Go for the RX 480 4GB edition. You won't be needing the 8GB because you are just doing 1080P gaming
