I'm a bit new to overclocking and really paying attention to the settings. I know what kind of temperatures I'm looking for, and the ones I am getting now in this screenshot as you can see are pretty good. However, is the voltage and other options at an acceptable level?

I just don't want to decrease the life of this thing by overclocking and I want it to last as long as it possibly can. I ran the auto config that this AI Suite 3 has and everything seems stable.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I suppose the CPU type might help. I'm running an i5 4690k

That voltage is definitely within the safe limits of Haswell. It seems that you don't want to go above 1.3v on Haswell, as that is about the point where voltage can begin causing damage and the heat produced by the chip is getting way up there.

I would still try overclocking in the BIOS. Just use software as a tool to get a basis of what your hardware is capable of.
