How does Tomshareware benchmark Far Cry 3?

A quick question I am curious about, and can't find any info on. How does Tomshardware benchmark Far Cry 3?

I'm curious because I would like to compare my score to theirs, but I don't know how.

I assume they do it as everyone else does, a set walkthrough or a certain part of the game. Dont know what part of the game it would be done on though.
