[SOLVED] How does when i unplug the PSU to clean it and then returned it, my pc not turning off when i try to shut it down

Okay, so i was having problems with my power supply, my pc keeps turning off by itself after seconds when I try to turn it on. So i tried to open my PSU and there was dust everywhere so i cleaned it all with blower and plug it back. So the problem solved but now my pc not turning off, when i try to shut it down it closes everything like normal shut down but the fans still running and i can hear that pc still turned on

Note: this wasn't happening before i unplugged and cleaned the power supply

12 years old PSU ? Do you think it is a good idea to use it ?

I don't know, it's 500 W and i bought it in 2016 and it was working fine

If you bought it for anything more than 10$ then you have been ripped of, bin it.
