How easy is installing new graphics card?

So i just bought a new graphics card thats going to be delivered tomarrow. Is installing a new graphics card as easy as just taking out my graphics card, and placing the new one in the pci slot and installing the driver?(its an evga gtx 750 ti)http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-3751-KR

1. go to add/remove programs and uninstall the older video drivers.
2. power down and unplug the pc from the wall some pc mb hold 5v if they have a power good led.
3. let the power good led go out and then on the old video card there a locking clip on one side of the video card.
push the clip open and make sure the screw holding the video card down is removed. then pull the card straight up.
4. line up the new card and push into slot. the card will click and lock in. screw the card down and then plug the power cables in.
5. plug the pc in and turn on. when you go into windows install the newest video drivers then reboot and then your done.
