How easy is it to just replace a GPU (drivers?)

i know very weel how to install a gpu. its when i put the new one in (1070) will i have to reinstall a whole bunch of stuff??

first you uninstall the old drivers

install the card


then install the new drivers

If you had an nVidia board previously, you can just switch cards and it works.
