How easy would it be to bend the front panel pins on the motherboard?

Are the pins on the motherboard that I use for the front panel connectors stronger, as strong, or weaker than the pins on the CPU? I'm wondering how much force is too much when I go to hook up the front panel connectors.

The motherboard I have is an Asus one, so the Q connector can also be thrown into this as well.

Quite a lot stronger, but take care nonetheless, and certainly use the Q-connector. I bent
the FP pins over once for a setup where the 4th GPU was covering the connector, so there
was no room for normal plugs that stick up (oh for a sideways FP connector standard). Had
to do the same thing with some USB ports and a 1394 port. Worked ok, but messy. Bending
them back again though would risk their snapping.

However, not much force required; the FP connector plugs should slide on easily, ditto the
Q-connector.
