CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad-Core
GPU: GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 8 GB
I just bought this build on ebay, it was $550 at the time so it was a pretty good deal (I don't have an OS, which pretty much made it better than building it).
I've been using my gtx 260m centrino duo core 2.0ghz (both overclocked a bit) laptop for 6 years and have been able to run WoW on low settings at over 60 FPS except outside of raids, so I expect this to at least be able to run WoW at full settings.
I am just wondering if you guys have any experience with this build. I've looked up gtx 660 videos running GTA V on max settings pretty well, as well as farcry 3, BF4, etc... but in those videos they don't have a crappy CPU like my PC has.
I primarily want to play Arma 3, GTA V, Fallout 4, WoW (I have no doubts it will run at over 60 fps at all times on ultra, though), shadow of morder, and a few other games that I couldn't play before.
What do you guys think? Will I be able to run all of those games on at least medium settings at 60 fps? If not, how about when I overclock? (pretty much definitely going to overclock).
