How far can i OC with FX 8320 on asrock 970m pro3?

I'm thinking of buying this motherboard asrock 970m pro3
I'm not looking for EXTREME results but how far can i OC FX 8320 safely on this mobo?
it's max voltage is 1.4v and it's VRM is 4+1.
cooler: cooler master hyper 212 evo

How bad/good those results are in comparison with no OC / max OC?

In worst case scenario can you recommend a better MICRO-ATX mobo under 80$?

I would not put a 125w cpu on ANY microATX AM3+ motherboard. All of them are poor. You would not be able to overclock at all. You would be lucky to be able to run at stock speeds under heavy loads. Avoid.

That board supports 140W CPU's you'll be just fine with good cooling on the CPU -AND- board. Give your first shot 21.5x200 and go down from there. OFF- Cool & Quiete and leave everything else alone. IF- your running 1866 or higher turn it down first.
