How Far Can I Overclock an i5 8600k with a Cryorig R1 Ultimate?

Planning my next upgrade, and i want to see how far i can go with this cpu using this heatsink. Motherboard is asrock pro4 z370 and case is corsair spec 02.

The Corsair Spec-2 will only fit a cooler max height of 157mm.
