How far can I overclock my FX 6300?

I would like to overclock it to 4 GHz, but can it be done with my setup and by how much should I increase voltage?

start off with raising the speed of your cpu by about 100mhz without touching the voltage, run prime 95 for 10 minuts, if it appears stable then go another 100mhz and continue untill you get a bluescreen/crash while in prime 95. then turn up the voltage by 0.010 untill its stable at the speed you want. and doesn't that cpu have a boost clock speed of like 4.1ghz?

When I change CPU Core Voltage Offset Mode to Manual it removes Cool n Quiet option and my CPU runs at full speed 24/7. I don't want that. Is there any workaround for this?

I've got mine to 4.3 with a noctua nh-l12 don't even attempt if you have the stock cpu cooler.
