On average it should overclock to
850 MHz Core and 900MHz memory
Can be overclocked with MSI afterburner.

You can try some actualy can do 900MHz core and 1000MHz Memory depends on how good the chip is

The Memory can only go up to 951, and the core somewhere in the 1 thousand... it came with the core at 699MHz and the memory clock somewhere in 700-800MHz, i also dont want it to glitch, or over-heat. I just want it at a good, safe setting.

Well there you go I guess thats your limit.
Try msi afterburner, see if you can do more core speed.
