How far can I push my FX-8350?

Good afternoon!
Recently I scavenged an FX-8350 out of my friends all computer, and put it into my own. However, the fan is extremely loud (significantly louder than my Arctic Freezer 13 LE), so I bought a CM Hyper 412s to replace it as my old CPU and heatsink is being used elsewhere.
I've been wondering if it would be worth overclocking my CPU, not to push it to its limits and potentially shorten lifetime but enough to get a difference in performance (currently playing the Witcher 3). Could I have some recommendations on what I could do?
Specs:
FX-8350 with CM Hyper 412s
GTX 770
12GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-78LMT
Aerocool DS Cube
Corsair VS550W

Thanks!

What's your idle temperatures
We need to know what your motherboard is so we can decide if overclocking is even a good idea

That power supply seems to be cutting it a bit short

You'll likely be able to get up to 4.5 with a good motherboard but I'm not sure about the psu.

It's a Gigabyte GA-78LMT. The PC runs at about 35-45 degrees on idle and can hit above 65 under gaming load. Bear in mind that this is with the old cooler.

Yes, sadly I have to agree with blackbird. My FX-6300 is running at a 4.3 overclock (forget the exact number, know it's at leas 4.1 or so...)
I tried experimenting with an 8350 and pushing the overclock further, does absolute crap. My guess is that it simply cannot take the added voltage an 8-core or hefty overclock brings.
