How far can I take my 4770k

I know every chip is different.. But do you think I can at least hit 4.5ghz with my custom water loop? 2 radiators, 1 480 quad rad and 1 360mm rad. Both are 45mm thick. GPU is in the loop as well, and that is it.

There is no way to say for sure every chip is different.However in most cases a mild overclock of up to 4.0-4.6 GHz (~15-25%+ performance improvement) is easily achievable with proper cooling.

Really depends on your draw in the silicon lottery.

I´d say you can hit 4.2GHz all the time.
4.2 - 4.4 if you are lucky.
4.5 - 4.6/4.7 if you are really lucky.
Everything above and you are blessed by the silicon god himself.
