Looks good, though you should be able to get slightly cheaper RAM, and an NH-D14 would cool almost as well for somewhat less money and (IIRC) noise.

You probably don't need the extra fans.

Should be able to break 4GHz easily, and should get to the 4.4+ range. Depends on your luck with the silicon.

With the CPU cooler you've chosen your hopes should be realized, you can glean some good voltage settings from the MSI M/B in the review below, yours will be different but the information will get you in the ballpark.
