yes... if the temp goes too high the cpu will get damaged


make sure you got a good cooler, either water or air, but you should at first just keep an eye on the temp

It is a high voltage that will damage the processor.
The processor will monitor it's temperature and slow down or shut off if it detects a dangerous temperature. That is around 100c.

What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane Vcore in the 1.337 to 1.375 range.
And AVX offset = 2.
