Generally the number that is used is 100ft radius. So if you put it in the center of your house it should in theory cover it all. The "theory" part is what makes wireless tough. It really depends what the walls of the house are made of and even what type of wall coverings are used. Metallic paint does a excellent job of blocking signals.
I know nothing about that particular belkin router but if you are buying mostly on price the TP-link archer c7 router is cheaper and is well liked. They will likely have similar coverage areas since most routers transmit at the legal maximum and small differences in routers will be overshadowed by the specifics of your house.
Be aware 802.11ac actually has less coverage than 802.11n running...
