I need to know how fast a 5v 200mA (not battery life, amount of power) can charge a device, such as a portable battery, that needs an input of 5v 1A.

Can 5v 200mA power source charge a 2DS. The Nintendo charges at 5v 1A. My power source would charge at 1/5th the speed but would it work.
